RadioFlag

About:

RadioFlag is an app that is a mix of social media and internet radio. It allows you to listen to music and DJs live, and have the ability to talk to the DJs and other listeners in real time. On RadioFlag you can search your interests, connect with listeners and DJs, and listen anywhere anytime. RadioFlag allows you to save your interests, subscribe to listen to users, and find new stations based on your interests and likes. I created this app during an internship with RadioFlag. I made the app from scratch to completion by myself, with some help in design from the team. RadioFlag is published on the Windows Phone Marketplace, and more information can be found here.

My Tasks:

-Implemented social media aspects such as posting and commenting

-Linked databases to the Windows phone for data retrieval

-Implemented real time internet radio streaming for thousands of radio stations

-Worked with a team to design the look and flow of the app
